After four years in Dubai, I decided to open Marta's Kitchen to provide quality homemade food to friends and families that do not have the time to compose a healthy diet to their loved ones or are simply tired of mass produced or expensive restaurant deliveries.
I count with a vast heritage in the art of cooking: my Basque and Central Spanish roots have given me the foundation of my cooking style. In adddition, my husband and I have travelled to many regions of the world and have had the privilege to dine at some of the world's leading restaurants.
My recipes combine all these elements but, most importantly, bring back the memories of what it is to eat a homecooked meal.
